After two straight years in attendance, we here at Driftwood are super bummed that we're not at Iceland Airwaves this week. But in honor of one of the world's finest music festivals, we'd like to introduce you to the electro-infused indie pop stylings of bird (aka Jón Valur Gudmundsson). The 26 year-old Icelander has worked with a variety of artists in the past, notably with Driftwood favorite Ásgeir, and now he's unleashing his solo act under the bird moniker. His debut album will hopefully be out before the end of the year.
