Some good music is starting to trickle out as we start off 2014 and Driftwood is excited for this week's release of the self-titled sophomore album by LA's own Warpaint. The female foursome return following their 2010 debut, The Fool, and this time they bring along Driftwood's favorite producer, Nigel Godrich to mix a couple of tracks. Sounds like Lauren Mayberry of Chvrches approves too. The band is currently playing internationally but return to the states with a show in NY in March and finishing up locally with consecutive weekends at Coachella.
